At Holistic Medical Services, our mission is to provide thoughtful, individualized care that supports true healing. Insurance companies often limit the time a provider can spend with a patient and place restrictions on the type of care that can be offered. To focus on the care you deserve, we have chosen to remain out of network with all insurance plans. This allows our clinicians to focus fully on you, your concerns, your goals, and your long‑term wellness without the constraints that insurance policies can impose. As we continue to grow, we will also be implementing stricter internal processes to ensure that our time and resources remain centered on patient care.
Although we do not work with or bill insurance directly, we are happy to provide a detailed receipt for your visit. You may submit this receipt to your insurance company independently for possible reimbursement. Every insurance plan is different, and reimbursement is never guaranteed. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider for their specific policies and instructions.
Most insurance companies allow you to submit claims through their online portal or by mail. The receipts we provide include the information typically required for you to advocate for reimbursement on your own.
At Holistic Medical Services, we are committed to making your experience as smooth and transparent as possible. We believe that high‑quality, personalized care should be accessible, and we work hard to support you in understanding your financial options. Our New Patient Coordinator or staff member offers a complimentary 15‑minute Discovery Call to walk you through our process, estimated fees, and what to expect. For those who prefer a financing option, we also partner with CareCredit.
To ensure that we can provide you with the highest standard of personalized, uncompromised wellness support, Holistic Medical Services operates as a non-participating, cash-pay practice. Traditional insurance models often restrict the time we can spend with you and the advanced wellness protocols we can offer. By remaining independent of insurance networks, we work directly for you, our patient, rather than insurance companies.
Consequently, we do not participate in, submit claims to, or communicate with commercial insurance providers. All billing, claim submissions, and insurance inquiries are 100% the responsibility of the patient.
Medicare Policy
Additionally, please note that we do not participate in or bill Medicare for any of our clinical services. We are happy to provide you with a detailed receipt of your services upon request.
